Our set ups are not like the other basic booths.
There is a lot of time invested to put them together.
Here are a few essential things for us to set up and operate the booth:
At least 2 hour window for set up.
Load & Unload zone.
An outlet.
Local WiFi (it not available - photos will be delivered within 7 days directly to the client)
A minimal of 10x10 space for set up.

The Sterling Room is a build-on-site enclosed portrait booth, bringing back a sense of nostalgia with a distinctly modern touch.

FAQs

  • The Sterling Room offers unlimited on-site 2x6 photo strip prints, customized with the couple’s names or event details.

  • It’s completely up to you! Most clients choose our classic black-and-white prints, but we also love our color option, finished with our very own custom preset.

  • The Sterling Room fits up to two guests at a time, just like a classic vintage photo booth.

  • We only travel within California at the moment.

  • The Sterling Room requires access to a standard power outlet and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the event. Wi-Fi is essential for delivering the digital gallery experience to guests.

  • Yes! The Sterling Room can be set up outdoors, but a few precautions must be taken. The setup area must have a fairly flat and stable surface, access to power, and agreeable weather conditions. For safety, the booth cannot be installed in rain, strong winds, or other severe weather.

To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required.

The remaining balance is split into two payments: one midway between booking and the event date, and the final payment due 30 days before the event.

*For events booked within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required to reserve the date.
